Form No. 124 Prescribed by Secretary of State (01-23) Notice of Election on Tax Levy in Excess of the Ten-Mill Limitation R.C. 3501.11(G), 5705.19, 5705.25 NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Delaware City School District, Ohio, passed on the 19th day of May, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2025 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten-mill limitation: An additional tax for the benefit of Delaware City School District for the purpose of general permanent improvements that the county auditor estimates will collect $4,497,850 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2.85 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $100 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2025, first due in calendar year 2026.
